Comments and Suggestions

We would love to hear your comments and suggestions for improving the services offered at the practice. Please do not use this option for making formal complaints about the practice.

Making a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service or treatment provided by the practice please put this in writing to the Practice Manager, Angela Stirling, who will respond promptly to acknowledge receipt of the complaint while an investigation is put into place. It is our intention to respond quickly but thoroughly.

If you have a complaint about any other NHS services please contact the NHS Lothian Patient Experience Team who will fully investigate your complaint.
