Comments and Suggestions

Our Practice Manager, Angela Stirling is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the practice. She will be happy to discuss any non-medical problems you may have, or listen to any suggestions or complaints for improving the services offered.

Making a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service or treatment provided by the practice please put this in writing to the Practice Manager, Angela Stirling, who will respond promptly to acknowledge receipt of the complaint while an investigation is put into place. It is our intention to respond quickly but thoroughly.

If you have a complaint about any other NHS services please contact the NHS Lothian Patient Experience Team who will fully investigate your complaint.
